A promise, not just a class

Your 14-Day Path to Starting a Baking Business

Join any of our 8 classes, practice at home every alternate day, get certified on 3 recipes -- and get guided through MSME and FSSAI registration along the way. No vague promises, just a clear, honest path from student to home baker.

Two things happen at once, over 14 days

Skill-building and business-readiness run side by side -- not one after the other.

Track 1 · Learn to bake it

  1. Enroll and start watching your class videos
  2. Buy the materials and ingredients that class actually needs
  3. Practice a recipe every alternate day
  4. Show your trainer 3 completed recipes
  5. Get certified on that class

Track 2 · Get business-ready

  1. Starts alongside Track 1, not after it
  2. MSME registration guidance -- what it is, documents needed, how to apply
  3. FSSAI registration guidance -- the same, for food safety compliance
  4. You file both yourself; we guide you through every step
  5. By day 14, both tracks land together -- certified and guided on the paperwork

14 days is the typical pace at alternate-day practice, not a hard deadline -- your video access runs 6 months to 1 year, so take the time you actually need.

Certified means ready: 3 recipes, any class

The same simple rule applies across all 8 classes -- with one honest exception.

Cakes, Fondant, Brownies, Cookies, Chocolates, Tea Time Cakes, Christmas

Complete and show your trainer 3 recipes from the class. Once approved, you're certified and considered ready to start selling.

Breads & Pizza Class -- one honest exception

Your 3 certification recipes should be pizza, not bread. Most breads are hard to sell profitably from a home OTG setup, but pizza genuinely works as a home business -- so that's what we certify you on for selling purposes.

Questions about the 14-day path

Completing and showing your trainer 3 recipes from your chosen class. Once those 3 are approved, you're certified and considered ready to start selling, alongside the MSME/FSSAI guidance running in parallel.

Yes, all 8 classes -- Cakes, Fondant, Brownies, Cookies, Breads & Pizzas, Chocolates, Tea Time Cakes, and Christmas Cakes & Cookies. For the Breads & Pizza class specifically, the 3 certification recipes should be pizza recipes, not breads -- breads are harder to sell profitably from a home OTG setup, while pizza genuinely works as a home business.

We guide you through both -- what they are, what documents you need, and how to apply -- but the registrations themselves are filed by you with the relevant government departments. We don't control government processing times, so we can't guarantee an approval date, only that we'll guide you through the process.

14 days is the typical pace at alternate-day practice, not a hard deadline -- your video access runs 6 months to 1 year depending on the class, so you can take the time you need. Most students who follow the alternate-day rhythm are ready well within that window.

No. Watch the videos first, then buy only what that class actually needs -- we explain what to get and where, so you're not guessing or over-buying.
