Cancellation

Anyone who wants to cancel their registration can email info@rossobakes.com or call our billing support at +91-7305203893.

Terms for Cancellation

1. For Online Live Classes: Cancellation is allowed up to 2 hours before the class starts. After that, cancellation is not allowed and no refund will be provided.
2. For Online Video Classes: Cancellation is allowed before you receive video class access. Cancellation is not allowed after receiving video class access.
3. Rosso Bakes & Academy reserves the right to cancel any class with or without prior notification, in which case students are entitled to a full refund.

Terms of Refund

1. Refunds are provided based on the cancellation terms above.
2. Refunds are initiated within 6 hours of the cancellation request.
3. Refunds are made through the same payment method used, and credit can be expected within 3-4 working days.
